What happens to classes if it snows?

October 27, 2015

0 minute, 47 seconds

If it has been snowing heavily in the week leading up to your class, we contact the venue to check if they will be open.  If they won’t be opening, the office will contact you and inform you that the class will not be taking place.  This information will also be placed on the emergency bulletin board, which can be found in the student section of the Chrysalis website.

If the venue is going to be open and we are still running the class, you will need to make your own decision as to whether it is safe/appropriate for you to travel or not.

Please do get into the habit of checking the emergency bulletin every Friday before your class, even if it hasn’t been snowing, as other information may be listed.

If classes are cancelled, you will be contacted by the office with the arrangements regarding when the missed class will take place.
