Anxiety UK has a whole host of anxiety resources that can help you cope with all different levels of stress and anxiety.
Mental Health UK provides advice, information, and support for those affected by mental health problems.
On their website, you’ll find a host of free downloadable resources, including plans and worksheets, as well as guides, tips, and posters. There’s also a free workplace mental health pack.
On the NHS website, you’ll find information about mental health conditions, advice, self-help resources and more.
Workplace anxiety is a lot more common than you might think. An open and supportive workplace should be a priority and the mental health of your employees should always be taken extremely seriously.
All employees should always be encouraged to share their concerns, worries and anything else that is impacting their ability to work. At the same time, it’s important that your staff feel valued and able to speak up. Everyone has the right to be heard and of course, all employees thrive in a working environment that is productive, happier and healthier.
