FAQ – How to apply for a Chrysalis Course & Prepare for the Interview Process.

In this blog I am going to explain the different ways to apply for a Chrysalis course and prepare for the interview process.

The first step to apply for one of our courses is to request a brochure Once you have requested a brochure and received it either by post or downloaded a PDF version, you will have had chance to learn about the different courses we offer and which course would be most beneficial to you.

The next step would be to complete an application form, if you received your brochure by post you will find an application in the back, you can complete this and send it back by post. Alternatively you can go onto our website and complete an online application once you have filled it out you click submit and it will get sent directly to us. The final option is to call us on 01278 726 429 and complete an application over the phone with us if you are not able to have access to the computer.

Once you have completed an application form and returned it to us you will receive confirmation from us that we have received your application, this can take up to 21 days as your application will go through a screening process. You will either get a letter offering you an interview time and date, the interview will be held at the venue you have chosen to study at, you will need to confirm you can attend the interview. Or you will receive acknowledgement that you weren’t successful on this occasion.

The actual interview is more of an informal chat about the course, the interviewer will be happy to answer any questions you may have and will give you a real insight to the courses we offer. The interview is an excellent opportunity to have a one on one discussion with a fully trained chrysalis interviewer, so prepare any questions you have about the course however simple you think they are! At the end of the interview the interviewer will highlight to you what the next step will be.
