Chrysalis offers a growing suite of short Level 5 Certificate courses. Each course comprises 24 Guided Learning Hours (that is, hours you are taught by a tutor in class) and runs for three full training days.
Designed for already qualified and registered counsellors or psychotherapists who are looking for introductions to working in specialist areas, these courses are valuable CPD. As short courses, they are not full qualifications, but they provide contemporary knowledge and skills to work with certain groups and in some cases will provide a route to further full training or specialist registration. All our Level 5 Certificate courses are approved by The Prince’s Trust and listed on the Ofqual Regulated Qualifications Framework. They are quality checked by The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society, a Professional Standards Authority (PSA) accredited register.
