CHRYSALIS ONLINE CERTIFICATE IN SELF-HYPNOSIS & RELAXATION TECHNIQUES PART 1

Chrysalis Online 4 Hour CPD courses are designed to provide you with valuable knowledge and skills in addition to your core therapy training.

These each provide four hours of recognised CPD. You will work through the online course on Moodle (our learning platform) in your own time.

You will receive a digital certificate upon course completion.

On this online 4 hour workshop you will learn about the following;

· Understand what is self-hypnosis and the difference between self-hypnosis and hetero-hypnosis

· Understand the benefits of using self-hypnosis

· Learn some simple induction techniques which can be used with clients for self-hypnosis

· Learn how to direct the client to use self-hypnosis in a safe and practical way to help achieve their goals
