Sarah Treagus

Sarah is a Chrysalis graduate with a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills 2014. She combined her work in Education with continued studies and gained a Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and an Advanced Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. Sarah is a Deputy Head with responsibility for child protection and the pastoral welfare and mental health of all pupils. She has extensive experience in delivering Resilience, Emotional Wellbeing and Online Safety Training to parents of children aged 4-16. Sarah sees clients at Number 22 in Windsor and Maidenhead which caters for people with a wide variety of difficulties and in addition has worked with a number of private clients. Her modality is integrative and she believes that a strong UPR is fundamental to the success of a successful therapeutic relationship.

As well as the above counselling qualifications, Sarah undertakes continuing professional development in various fields of study. Most recently including Self Harm, Ethical Practice, Mental Health (MHFA), Depression and Anxiety and Making the most of Supervision. She holds the responsibility of Designated Safeguarding lead and Head of Pastoral care in her Educational setting.
