Emma Stiff

I qualified as a Hypnotherapist in 2016 after studying with Chrysalis and have run my busy private practice in Essex ever since. As well as many other issues I have a keen interest in Weight Loss and anxiety issues. I am a Certified Gastric Band Practitioner and am currently gaining a diploma in EFT which I incorporate into my work.

I work with a diverse range of clients, including children. As well as running my practice I also work closely with a local ladies only gym, helping to raise self-esteem and self confidence helping women to become the best version of themselves that they can be. I understand things from a client perspective as well as a therapist perspective and I tailor all of my sessions to suit my client and their individual needs.

Prior to this I worked for a Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable adults team and also the NHS as a Helpdesk Operative, I have always loved helping people which is what lead me to training with Chrysalis to become a Hypnotherapist.

In my spare time I enjoy attending and getting involved in mind, body and spirit events. I have had horses for many years and enjoy spending my downtime with my pony.
