Carol Almond

Carol has been working as an Integrative Psychotherapist within the Norfolk area in her own practice and for domestic abuse charities for the last seven years.

Working with victims of domestic abuse has brought Carol a wide range of experience in many issues. From confidence, anxiety, depression, grief and self-esteem to self-harm, addictions and suicide.

Also qualified in Hypnotherapy, Hypnobirthing, EFT and Reiki, along with her keen interest in mindfulness and meditation, means that she is able to bring a holistic approach to her clients.

Currently studying for an NLP qualification, Carol hopes that it will allow her to bring another avenue to her practice in the form of coaching.

Carol ‘s past career has involved different types of training in various large companies.

Currently Carol also runs another business as a dance teacher and event organiser, Carol is considering how these two aspects of her career can be brought together to create a therapeutic opportunity in the future.
