Byron Harris

Graduating from Chrysalis in 2016, Byron set up Harris Plus Health Ltd and runs a busy practice. He is a full time counsellor and therapist. He works online, and from offices in Cardiff and Chippenham. Byron has a BSc in Sociology and Criminology from Cardiff University and has completed the Teacher Training Pathways for Mindfulness for adults and young people. He completed training with Mindfulness in Schools, Youth Mindfulness and the Mindfulness Association. He has delivered an excess of 40 groups and delivered courses and workshops that have been funded. Byron incorporates mindfulness into his life an counselling practice.
Byron has focused on short term therapy and has effectively worked with nearly 300 clients. He has a varied work experience working with learning difficulties, young offenders, young people, couples and adults.
